Biotest specific data templates
ToxRat knows your biotest. From “A“ for Algae Growth Inhibition Test (OECD 201) to “V“ for Vegetative Vigour Test (NTP, OECD 208).
This is why you’ll find the common terms for the variables measured already waiting for you when you enter your data: “cell number“, “offspring number“, “weight“, “emerged“ etc. - specific to each biotest. Integrated reporting
You will receive a comprehensive report with figures and tables as an rtf or pdf file. On the cover sheet you will find information about the guideline and the raw data file, test substance, evaluation date, identifier of the PC used (optional), etc. You can accept the finished formatting or edit it in a word processing program. Validation, GLP-compliance and IT-security
You do not need a database program. The data entry templates are Excel-based, but are processed exclusively within ToxRat.
This means that ToxRat is a completely independent stand-alone software that is installed locally at your site.
When the program is started, there is no communication with other software programs or externally.
Good to know with regard to IT security: ToxRat runs offline, i.e. you do not need Internet access while working.
